BSS B2B Lock and your Online Store theme

BSS B2B Lock works by adding code to your Online Store theme.

  • If you uninstall the app, this code may still remain in your theme and continue to affect your storefront.
  • Uninstalling the app deletes your Checkout locks: checkout validation rules, Hide Payment Methods rules and shipping method rules are removed from Shopify. Reinstalling does not bring them back, so note your settings first.
  • Before uninstalling BSS B2B Lock, please make sure you disable all rules and remove theme code via Theme Cleanup to avoid unexpected behavior.

Note: BSS B2B Lock only works on the Online Store sales channel. It does not apply to other channels such as Buy Button or Shop app by Shopify.
