The Lock Analytics dashboard helps merchants monitor:

  • Total Locked Impressions: How many times a lock screen or hide price message was rendered to buyers.
  • Top Impacted Rules: Which lock rules actively gate the largest volume of storefront traffic.
  • Geographic Breakdown: Which countries/markets encounter access barriers most frequently.
  • Session Details: Granular audit trails recording buyer IP, location, rule triggered, and unlock status.

Lock List Integration: 14-Day Sparkline Access Attempts

Section titled “Lock List Integration: 14-Day Sparkline Access Attempts”

You do not need to open the full Reports screen just to verify whether a rule is actively evaluating buyers.

The main Lock Rules List table features an Access attempts column positioned directly beside each rule’s name and status toggle:

  • 14-Day Sparkline Chart: Visualizes daily trigger volume and trends over the preceding 14-day window.
  • Accurate Real-Time Telemetry: Driven by real storefront event telemetry rather than estimations, enabling you to identify traffic spikes or dormant rules at a glance.
  • Granular Rule Auditing: Provides immediate context before toggling or modifying rule conditions.

The Analytics date selector features quick-select presets alongside custom date range selection:

  • Presets available:
    • Today / Yesterday
    • Last 7 Days (recommended default)
    • Last 30 Days
    • Custom Range (calendar picker)

When managing dozens of rules or serving international stores, use the search-enhanced filters in the top toolbar:

  • Searchable Country Dropdown: Type country names or ISO codes to filter analytics to specific geographic markets.
  • Searchable Rule Dropdown: Filter all chart data and session logs to a single specific lock rule.

Country Distribution & Sortable Rule Table

Section titled “Country Distribution & Sortable Rule Table”

The geographic analytics view features a Sortable Rule Table:

  • Country: Flag icon and country name.
  • Triggered Rule Count: Total number of times lock rules triggered in this region.
  • Unique Sessions: Number of unique shopper sessions affected.
  • Sorting: Click any column header to sort in ascending or descending order to pinpoint your highest-traffic gated markets.

The Session Details section provides a real-time audit log of buyer attempts:

Data Field Description Meaning for Merchant
Timestamp Exact date and time (local store timezone) Track peak lockout hours
Target URL Specific product, collection, or page URL Identify high-interest locked pages
Rule Name The specific lock rule that evaluated the visitor Verify correct rule priority execution
Buyer Identifier Customer email, IP address, or Guest marker Confirm whether legitimate wholesale buyers were locked
Status Locked / Unlocked via Passcode / Approved Measure unlock conversion rates

Best Practices for Analyzing Lock Performance

Section titled “Best Practices for Analyzing Lock Performance”
  1. Review after launching new B2B campaigns: Check Session Details within 24 hours of launching private marketing campaigns to ensure VIP tags or URL query parameters unlock content smoothly.
  2. Audit unknown guest spikes: If a specific product URL has high locked impressions with 0 unlock conversions, consider adding a clearer Call-to-Action (e.g. “Request a Wholesale Account”) to the lock message: open the rule and click Customize message on the Preview card.
  3. Verify geographical exclusions: Ensure international wholesale partners from authorized regions are not inadvertently hitting store-wide locks.
