Quote Automation

Quote automation in BSS B2B Quote removes routine manual steps between a quote request and an order. It has two parts:

• Auto-send Proposal: You can now configure Auto Send rules that automatically send a proposal email to the buyer as soon as they submit a quote request, without any manual action from your team.
• Approve or Reject Quotes: Now, every proposal email contains two action buttons: Approve Quote and Reject Quote. Buyers can respond in one click, directly from their inbox, without logging in.
