Short answers to the questions merchants ask most. Each answer links to the full guide.

The Request a Quote button does not show on my product page.

Section titled “The Request a Quote button does not show on my product page.”

Check in this order:

  1. The B2B Portal app embed is on in your live theme.
  2. A quote logic is Active and targets this customer and this product.
  3. The logic is the one with the highest priority. Only one logic applies to a customer and a product, and a smaller priority number wins.
  4. Run Help → Nothing shows on your storefront? → See what to check in the app.

See Quote Button Not Showing and Help Center.
