Release Notes

  • Stable admin layout on mobile: the Home and Settings pages no longer jump while they load on a phone.
  • New Quote admin: the menu is now Quotes, Quick Order, Sales agents, Settings and Pricing, and Home shows what needs your attention. Your old links keep working.
  • Quotes inbox by stage: see every quote grouped by stage, with customer names, search and sort. The quote detail page is now a deal workspace with a stage tracker, a Quoted price column when you edit lines and a Conversation card. See View and Edit a Quote.
  • Quote messages: you and your buyer can exchange messages on a quote, and unread badges show new messages on both sides. Buyers see the conversation on the quote page when the New look is on.
  • Counter-offers: with the New look on, buyers can propose a price on a proposal. You see their target price and the difference on the quote, and you can accept it or counter.
  • Quote Insights: a new page with your quote funnel, conversion and lost reasons, with date presets.
  • Standard lost reasons: choose a reason when a quote is rejected or declined. The reasons show in Insights.
  • New look for buyers (optional, off by default): turn it on in Settings > Buyer account to restyle the quote form, quote history and quote detail pages. Your storefront does not change until you turn it on. See Customer Quote History.
  • Suggest a feature: send ideas to us from inside the app.
  • Redesigned admin: Home, Quotes, Create quote, Automations, Quote logic, Sales agents, Pricing and Settings are redesigned. Settings is now one place for email and notifications, documents, languages, order limits, team members, button placement and buyer account. See Advanced Settings.
  • Quick Order and Reorder: the pages match the new design.
  • Buyer quote buttons: renamed to Accept quote and Decline.
  • Quote emails: a refreshed look that matches the New look for buyers.
  • Quote form: it can open on its own full page. See Customize Quote Form.
  • Theme editor: it now shows only the app blocks that match your Quote version.
  • Setup wizard: shorter, with a clearer second step and a single Skip button.
  • Quote expiry line: edit and translate it in quote emails. See Quote Emails and Reminders.
  • What’s new and Help center: What’s new shows the latest release, the Pricing page explains unlimited quotes on every plan, and the Help center and onboarding point to the redesigned pages.
  • Security and stability: improvements across the app.
  • Sender confirmation email: it now shows the real error when it cannot be sent.
  • Quote request queue: a quote request that got stuck in the queue is fixed, as are errors on older browsers and .jpeg uploads that were not accepted.
  • VAT number: a valid VAT number is accepted when the VAT registry is temporarily unavailable.
  • Help center link: the Introducing New Edition link no longer opens a 404 page.
  • Quick Order page URL: it now uses the handle returned by Shopify.
  • Sales Agent texts: edit the texts that sales agents see on the Quick Order storefront (ordering bar, retailer list, order tray, review order, errors and more) in Translations > Quick Order, under 13. Sales agent. The live preview does not show these texts, so check your changes as a sales agent on the storefront. Empty fields keep the default text. See Storefront Translation.
  • Customer picker: the picker no longer shows a “1/1” or “0/0” pager when there is only one page of results, and it is easier to use with a screen reader.
  • Public API (Enterprise plan): responses use a consistent format. Successful responses return status, data and meta; errors return status, errors and meta with a fixed list of error codes, and every response includes a request ID you can share with support. Field names are now snake_case and the old success field is removed, so check your integration. You can also send your key in the X-BSS-API-KEY header, and responses include X-RateLimit-Limit, X-RateLimit-Remaining and X-RateLimit-Reset headers (60 requests per minute). An OpenAPI 3.1 specification is available for developers. See Public API.
  • Favourites: B2B customers can save products with a heart button on Quick Order rows and Re-Order line items, then find them on a My Favourites page that the app publishes as a Shopify page. Turn it on in the new Favourites settings; it is off by default. See Favourites.
  • Approve and Reject from quote history: customers can approve or reject a proposal from their quote history page without opening the email. See Customer Quote History.
  • PO number on approval: ask the customer for a PO number when they approve a quote. The PO number and the quote’s custom fields are saved to the order attributes. Off by default. See Approve or Reject Quotes.
  • Quote form: open the form on its own full page, add a Custom HTML field, add hidden fields filled from the page URL or UTM parameters, and show the subtotal and total of the quote. See Customize Quote Form.
  • Submit limit: set a minimum or maximum amount or quantity before customers can send a quote request. Off by default. See Order limits.
  • Not-logged-in customers: Quick Order and quote logics can target customers who are not logged in. See Set Up Quote Visibility.
  • Reorder: select several items in the review modal and remove them in one step, and see Reorder metrics on the admin Reorder page. See Reorder Review & Edit Modal.
  • Quote inbox: see the first response time of each quote, spot quotes waiting more than 24 hours, and sort or filter quotes by total value.
  • Resend failed emails: resend a quote email that failed from the email log. See Quote Emails and Reminders.
  • Reorder on new customer accounts: customers can reorder past orders from their account. Turn on the Reorder page in settings; it is off by default.
  • Create similar quote on new customer accounts: customers can start a new quote from a past one. Turn it on in Advanced Settings > Pages; it is off by default. See Customer Quote History.
  • Multiple quote PDF templates: create several templates and pick one as the store default. See Quote PDF templates.
  • Invoice PDF: customize the invoice PDF of orders created from quotes.
  • Assign quotes to staff: filter the inbox by My quotes, and reminders go to the assigned staff member. See View and Edit a Quote.
  • Reorder checkout email: customize the email with a live preview, a test send and an HTML template. See Reorder email.
  • Quick Order: select several products and add them to cart or quote in one step. The first page of products shows before the whole catalog finishes loading. See Create Quick Order Page.
  • Quote logic condition: new condition Customer tag contains.
  • Quote form fields: set a default value for a field, limit the country list, lock fields prefilled from the registration form, and set the position and offset of the floating quote button. Quantity increment warnings show directly in the form. See Customize Quote Form.
  • Button presets: quote button presets match more official Shopify themes.
  • Proposal email: reorder its sections and edit the HTML. See Quote Emails and Reminders.
  • Quote metrics: charts, top lists and CSV export on paid plans.
  • Currency: prices in quote emails and draft orders use the buyer’s presentment currency.
  • B2B Solution Tax Display: Customer Pricing is kept on quotes when Tax Display is on.
  • Email retries: failed quote emails are retried automatically according to the failure type, for up to 72 hours.
  • Setup guide and help links: the admin setup guide has more steps and next steps, and the ? buttons open the matching page of this documentation.
  • Files on a quote: uploaded file links are shown as file rows in the admin.
  • Translations: the language picker marks your store’s default language.
  • Quick Order layout presets: choose Table, Compact or Grid. Table stays the default. See Create Quick Order Page.
  • Wait for payment: a new option in Auto convert quote keeps an approved quote Accepted until the buyer pays the invoice. Final orders still convert right away. Off by default.
  • Request for Quote settings: the Advanced Settings tabs are renamed to PDF, Pages and Reminders, and Team members saves with the Shopify save bar like the other tabs. See Advanced Settings.
  • Stable admin layout: admin pages no longer jump while the footer loads.
  • Products hidden from search: products with seo.hidden can show the quote button and appear in Quick Order again when you turn on the new catalog option.
  • Admin notification BCC: BCC recipients of the Admin notification email receive it.
  • Quote form on mobile: the price table scrolls horizontally instead of overflowing.
  • Quick Order live preview: the admin live preview no longer shows an empty product list.
  • Favourites icon: the heart icon is no longer cut off and shows while the product is loading.
  • Quick Order shipping rates: Quick Order calculates shipping rates with the correct data.
  • Sales Agent in Czech and Polish: the retailer count uses the correct plural form for 2 to 4 retailers.
  • Sales Agent Bulk Import: when only some variants can be added to the order, the added ones leave the list and only the failed ones stay selected. The button now reads Add all to order.
  • Billing address on quotes: each quote can have its own billing address. Edit it from the Customer card on the quote detail page. It appears on the quote PDF, in quote emails and on the buyer’s quote history, and it is used when the quote is converted. Quotes without a billing address keep using the company location’s billing address. See View and Edit a Quote.
  • Note for customer: write a message for the buyer from the Note for customer card on the quote detail page. It appears in the proposal email, on the quote PDF and on the buyer’s quote history. See View and Edit a Quote.
  • Convert when the proposal is sent: in Auto Convert to Draft Order, choose When the proposal is sent to create the order as soon as you send the proposal, and choose Final order (payment pending) to create an order awaiting payment instead of a draft order. Your current settings do not change. See Approve or Reject Quotes.
  • Quote activity timeline: every store has the Activity card on the quote detail page, with the quote history and internal notes. Edit or delete a note from its menu. Sent emails are listed in the timeline, which replaces the Email log card, and the timeline shows when a draft order or order is created from the quote. See View and Edit a Quote.
  • Email when a buyer rejects a quote: you get an email with the buyer’s reason when they reject a quote. It is on by default and can be turned off with Notify me when a customer rejects a quote. See Approve or Reject Quotes.
  • Quick Order product list: the page editor explains that the product list is the one saved at the last Save or Sync, and points to Sync products after you add products to a collection or tag in Shopify. See Create Quick Order Page.
  • Quick Order loading: Quick Order pages load their product list faster on the storefront.
  • Shipping rate names in the buyer’s language: the quote form shows shipping rate names in the storefront language the buyer is browsing, using the translations you added in Translate & Adapt. The admin, admin PDFs and draft orders keep the original names. Approve the new translation access when you next open the app. See Customize Quote Form.
  • Add all to quote: when some imported SKUs don’t match any quote logic, the Bulk Import pop-up lists them instead of skipping them silently. The message can be edited and translated. See CSV Upload & Bulk Import.
  • Reorder stock check: on the Reorder page, the quantity field is locked and marked out of stock when the available stock is below the minimum quantity of the rule. See Reorder Page.
  • Sales Agent orders: the order page no longer shows a blank screen when an order contains a variant that was deleted from Shopify.
  • Quote PDF export: exporting a PDF no longer fails when a product image cannot be loaded; that image is left out.
  • Company orders sync: syncing company orders no longer stops with “task not found”.
  • Stock on Quick Order pages: out-of-stock variants are no longer shown as available.
  • Saving in the admin: after a failed save, the save bar stays open so you can try again or discard.
  • Date pickers: the selected date shows correctly when your admin language is not English.
  • Product images in quote emails: products without an image show a placeholder image instead of a broken image.
  • Quote form on the storefront: the quote form no longer fails to open when a customer’s registration details can’t be read. Registration details are loaded only when the quote form opens, so other storefront pages send fewer requests for logged-in customers.
  • Add all to quote in Bulk Import: buyers can add every imported product that matches a quote logic to their Quote Request List in one click. The button shows on Quick Order pages that have Integrated with Request for Quote ticked. See CSV Upload & Bulk Import.
  • Email template settings: each quote email template has Show prices and Email background color, and the Quote Proposal template has Attach Quote PDF by default. Live Preview and Send test email follow these settings. See Quote Emails and Reminders.
  • Bulk Import errors: the Bulk Import pop-up explains every row or file it skips, such as a missing SKU, a wrong quantity or a file without a SKU column. Valid rows are still imported, and every message can be translated. See CSV Upload & Bulk Import.
  • Bulk Import file limits: each file can be up to 2 MB and 1,000 data rows. Larger files are rejected right away with a clear message instead of slowing down the page, and SKU checks for large files are more reliable. See Required CSV Format.
  • Quick Order translations: the help text under the Bulk Import fields in Translations lists the placeholders you can use instead of showing “[object Object]”. See Storefront Translation.
  • Quote logic customer type: a saved quote logic no longer shows the two locked customer type cards; its type shows as a badge next to the logic name. See Set Up Quote Visibility.
  • Company and customer pickers: in Browse companies and Browse customers, names and details (customer and location counts, email) sit on separate lines instead of running together.
  • Admin language: the Quote admin, including Help Center topic titles and summaries, is translated into your Shopify admin language. English search still finds every topic. See Help Center.
  • Section headings on B2B forms: rename the Customer Information and Company Information headings on the quote form of a Company Customers logic, including logics created before. See Customize Quote Form.
  • Customer type in the logic editor: choose Default Customers or Company Customers at the top of Quote Visibility instead of a separate pop-up. The type is locked after you save. See Request for Quote Full Setup Guide.
  • Language: the Quote admin opens in the language of your Shopify admin. Changing the language inside the app only applies to the current session.
  • Admin amounts: amounts on the admin quote pages follow the app language, for example ₫592,304 in English. Emails, PDFs and the storefront keep your store’s money format.
  • Money formats: store money formats that use a space or an apostrophe as the separator now show the number, not only the currency symbol.
  • Quote currency: quotes are always saved in a currency your store sells in. A quote can no longer end up in a currency the store does not sell, which blocked converting it to a draft order.
  • Quote PDF: a quote PDF no longer comes out half-empty or blank when custom HTML in the PDF template (watermark, footer) has unclosed tags, and the layout no longer depends on screen width or browser zoom. See Advanced Settings.
  • Preview on store: the cart hint in the Preview on store checklist is labelled as the Cart page. See Quote logic.
  • Setup Guide: the Quote Logic step no longer covers the page with a dark overlay.
  • Dashboard notifications: clicking a notification opens the right page in the app.
  • Help Center: search step-by-step guides, follow the Start here journeys and run a Storefront check to see why Quote isn’t showing on your store. See Help Center.
  • Attach a file when approving: buyers can attach a file, such as a purchase order, when they approve a proposal. You can make the file required. See Approve or Reject Quotes.
  • Link expiry: choose how long the Approve and Reject links in proposal emails stay valid (72 hours by default). See Approve or Reject Quotes.
  • Download quote PDF: buyers can download the quote PDF from Quote History. See Customer Quote History.
  • Quick Order page editor: set up and save a page on one screen, then customize the look in Customize page if you want. See Create Quick Order Page.
  • Quote logic editor: edit a quote logic on one page with a live Storefront preview. See Request for Quote Full Setup Guide.
  • New default look: Quick Order pages on the old colors can preview the new default look. Nothing changes until you save. See Create Quick Order Page.
  • Price label: show a label such as “excl. tax” after prices on the quote form and quote detail. See Storefront Translation.
  • Draft orders: draft orders created from quotes now get the company location’s payment terms and billing address.
  • Shipping rate names: rate names follow your store’s primary language on quotes, emails, PDFs and draft orders.
  • Button Placement: custom CSS and selectors are kept when you save.
  • Quote form and Quote History: no more “Default Title”, “N/A” on empty fields, raw file links or cut-off customer details.
  • Quick Order pages: partial SKU search, the in-stock filter with search, all-regions markets and the editor preview work as expected.
  • Proposals: a failed PDF upload shows a clear error, and approving twice no longer creates two draft orders.
  • Shipping fee confirmation: a quote with shippable items needs a shipping fee before it can be sent or converted to an order. See Shipping Fee Validation.
  • Variant Table custom texts: customize every Variant Table storefront text from the app and translate it into each store language. See Product Page Variant Table.
  • Skip onboarding for now: the first two onboarding steps have a Skip for now button, so you can explore the app and come back to setup later.
  • SKU search: buyers can search products by SKU on a Quick Order page that covers all products. See Create Quick Order Page.
  • Mobile layout: redesigned the admin mobile layout of the Products block on quote pages and of the built-in Quick Order template cards.
  • B2B market audience: Company Customers pages follow your B2B market regions, including markets that cover whole countries. See Create Quick Order Page.
  • Smoother install: install and reinstall use Shopify managed installation.
  • Company picker: translated and clearer states, including companies that are no longer available.
  • Page audience: Quick Order pages for specific companies or specific customers now show to the right buyers only.
  • Universal page: shows “No Page Found” when no page matches the visitor.
  • Edit page crash: fixed the Quick Order edit page crashing when its template is missing.
  • Approve link: the proposal Approve quote link is hidden until the quote has a shipping fee.
  • Forwarded emails: forwarded quote emails no longer show hidden rows or placeholder text.
  • Mobile display: fixed admin mobile layout issues on the Quote Requests list, Quote Settings and Auto Convert to Draft Order.
  • Security: strengthened checks on storefront requests.
