Boost AI Search & Filter

Introduction

Boost AI Search & Filter adds search and product filters to a Shopify store. When you turn on this integration, BSS B2B Solution shows B2B prices on the product grid that Boost draws on your collection pages. The prices stay in place after a shopper filters, sorts or changes page.

You do not need to edit your theme. The integration is off until you turn it on, and nothing changes on your store before that.

Before you start

Boost AI Search & Filter is installed on your store.
Your BSS B2B Solution plan is Advanced or higher.
You see the Boost AI Search & Filter card on the Integrations page. If you do not see the card, contact support at [email protected].

How to turn it on

In BSS B2B Solution, open the Integrations page (see App Integration).
Click Integrate on the Boost AI Search & Filter card.
Tick Turn on integration and click Save.

The card changes to Integrated and a message confirms that the integration is enabled. The change applies from the next page load on your store.

How to check the result

Open a collection page on your store while you are logged in as a B2B customer.
Check the prices in the Boost product grid.
Filter, sort or change page, then check the prices again.

How to turn it off

Click Manage on the card, clear Turn on integration and click Save. The change applies from the next page load.

Good to know

Custom code: If your store has custom code for Boost, check your prices after you turn the integration on. Your custom code keeps priority for where prices appear.
Boost versions: The integration works with the current version of Boost AI Search & Filter. Older Boost versions and quick view windows are not covered.
Page data: To show B2B prices, collection pages with a Boost product grid load more product data from your store than before.
