Do pricing changes apply to manual orders I already created?

Short answer: no. When you build a Manual Order, the app calculates Custom Pricing, Price List and Volume Pricing for each line and saves those prices into the Shopify draft order. Later rule changes do not update it.

Update an open manual order

1. Go to B2B Orders > Manual Orders > Order history and open the order.
2. Remove the affected products and add them again. The app recalculates prices with the current rules.
3. Check shipping too if your Shipping Rate rules changed.
4. Save the order.

Completed orders cannot be edited.

Note

Your storefront always shows the current rules on the next page load. Only orders you already built in the admin keep the old values.
