Release Notes, Feedback and Feature Requests

Three places in the app are about the app itself rather than your store: what is new, how it is going for you, and what you would like next.

  • On the dashboard, What’s coming up! opens a short panel: What’s new? lists the latest released changes, and What’s coming next update? lists what the team is working on. Click View full for the complete list.
  • The Release notes page shows every release, grouped by year with the newest first. The newest release has a Latest badge, and each entry is tagged by category, so you can tell a new feature from a fix.

Release notes are for information only: nothing on these pages changes your settings.

From time to time the app asks How well is B2B Solution working for you? (or, after a support request, How did we do on your recent support request?). You can also open it any time with Give feedback on the dashboard.

  1. Rate from 1 · Poor to 5 · Excellent. Your rating is saved right away.
  2. Optionally pick What had the biggest impact on your rating?:
    • A feature we need is missing
    • Hard to set up or use
    • Not working reliably
    • Pricing or unexpected costs
    • Support did not resolve my issue
    • Something else
  3. Optionally Add details, then click Submit.

You can close the prompt at any time; that counts as an answer, and it does not reopen right away.

Click Suggest a feature (in the Feature Requests card on the dashboard) and describe what you need, in your own words, up to 5,000 characters. It goes straight to the product team, and you see “Thanks, your request is with the product team.”

  • There is no request tracker in the app: you will not see a status or a reply here.
  • If you send many requests in a short time, the app asks you to try again in an hour.
  • Describe the result you need rather than the button you imagine, for example “I need to price by company location” rather than “add a dropdown here”. That makes a request easier to act on.
