Email History

Track every email your registration form sends, see what is pending, what was sent, and what failed, without leaving the app.

The Email History page shows a timeline of every email the Registration Form module has sent: approval notices, rejection notices, verification links and merchant notifications. Use it when a wholesale applicant says they never received your email, so you can tell whether the message actually went out before you resend it.

  1. Go to B2B customers > Registration Forms.
  2. Open Email configuration, then click Email history in the page actions.

The list covers your whole store, newest first. Each row is one send attempt:

Column Meaning
Template Which email: new registration, under review, approved, rejected or activate account
Recipient The address it went to
Sender The from-address used
Channel Email for the app’s own delivery, Klaviyo when sent through your Klaviyo integration
Status Pending, Sent or Failed (below)
Date When the send was attempted

Filter by Template, Status, Recipient (exact email address) or Date range. To see one applicant’s emails, filter by their email in Recipient. Cancel clears the filters and search.

Status What it means What to do
Pending The send started but has not reported back. A row that stays Pending means the attempt was interrupted. Treat it as unknown and resend from the applicant’s page.
Sent The mail service accepted the message for delivery. If the customer still cannot find it, ask them to check spam and promotions folders.
Failed The delivery service rejected the send. The row shows the reason. Read the reason, fix it, then resend.
  • Customer says no email arrived: find the record in Email History first. If the status is Sent, the problem is on the receiving side (spam filtering, a full mailbox, a blocked domain). If it is Failed, fix the cause and resend.
  • Everything shows Failed: your sender email is most likely unverified or misconfigured. Review Email Sender; until a custom domain is verified, the app falls back to its own default sender address.
  • No row at all: no send was attempted. The template for that step may be off, the applicant may have no email on the record, or the status change did not happen. Check Email configuration and the applicant’s status.
  • Expected a Klaviyo row: Klaviyo sends only happen when the Klaviyo integration is on in App integration.
  • Rows disappeared: deleting a customer also deletes their email history.
