Choose or Change Your Plan, and Start on the Free Plan
BSS B2B Solution starts on the Free plan. You can move to Essentials, Advanced or Platinum whenever your store needs more, and your rules stay in place when you change.
Open the Pricing plans page
Section titled “Open the Pricing plans page”- In your Shopify admin, open Apps > BSS B2B Solution.
- In the app’s left menu, click Pricing plans. It is the last item, below Settings.
The page shows these blocks from top to bottom:
| Block | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Current plan | Your plan name, its monthly price, the next payment or trial end date, Manage billing, and Cancel subscription on paid plans |
| Choose your plan | The plan cards with a Monthly and Yearly switch |
| Compare plans | Every feature by plan, with a button for each plan |
| FAQ | Billing, trial, setup and compatibility questions |
The page also has a plan update banner and four short cards on what the app offers, between the plan cards and Compare plans.
The plans
Section titled “The plans”The Free plan is where every store starts. It has no card on the plan grid: the line under the cards reads Free plan (selected) and describes basic B2B pricing and a registration form. The paid plans appear as cards.
| Plan | Monthly price | Aimed at |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | Getting started with B2B |
| Essentials | $29 | Growing wholesale stores |
| Advanced | $49 | Advanced B2B pricing and operations |
| Platinum | $99 | Complex B2B operations |
Choose Yearly to see the discounted monthly price. The page shows the discount on the Yearly button. See Pricing Plans & Details for the feature list of each plan.
Subscribe or change plan
Section titled “Subscribe or change plan”- Open Pricing plans.
- Pick Monthly or Yearly.
- On the plan card, click the button. It reads Subscribe, Upgrade plan, Downgrade plan or Change plan, depending on your current plan. New subscriptions show Start 14-day free trial.
- Approve the charge in the Shopify screen that opens.
Billing runs through Shopify, so charges appear on your Shopify invoice. The app’s FAQ states that you can upgrade or downgrade at any time and that Shopify prorates the difference.
The free trial is 14 days per store and starts on your first paid plan. If you used some of it before, only the unused days apply.
You can also use a discount code. Click Apply discount code on the plan card.
Go back to the Free plan
Section titled “Go back to the Free plan”Two places lead to the same step:
- On the Current plan card, click Cancel subscription.
- In Compare plans, click the button in the Free column.
The app asks you to confirm and lists what the Free plan includes. Your rules and settings stay saved. Features outside the Free plan pause on the storefront until you choose a plan again.
Development stores
Section titled “Development stores”On a Shopify development store, paid plans cannot be started. The page shows an application form for the free Development plan instead. The plan lets you test every feature while you build. When the store moves to a paid Shopify plan, usually after transfer to a client, the Development plan ends and the store moves to the Free plan. Rules and settings are kept.
Locked-in price
Section titled “Locked-in price”If the Current plan card shows Locked-in price, you keep that price while you stay on that plan. Changing the plan or billing cycle, or cancelling, moves you to today’s price. The page asks you to confirm before it does that.
