A feature stopped working after I changed my plan
Short answer: the feature, or an option inside the rule, is not included in your new plan. The rule is kept in the app, but it is not published to your storefront.
What changes after a downgrade
Section titled “What changes after a downgrade”| Situation | What happens | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Module not included in the new plan | The module stops on the storefront | Choose a plan that includes it |
| Rule uses product tags or specific markets below Advanced | The rule is kept but not published | Upgrade to Advanced or Platinum, or edit the rule |
| Rule uses specific variants below Platinum | The rule is kept but not published | Upgrade to Platinum, or edit the rule |
| On the Free plan | Custom Pricing, Volume Pricing and Registration Form work with limits (for example 1 Custom Pricing rule, 1 Volume Pricing rule with 2 ranges, 1 form) | Upgrade for the full version |
The app shows banners such as “Some Custom Pricing rules became inactive after your plan change” and “This rule is automatically INACTIVE on the storefront because some configurations are available on a higher plan.”
After changing plan
Section titled “After changing plan”- Check the module is on in its card in the app.
- Open an affected rule and save it again.
- If the storefront still shows the old state, wait about 5 minutes and save once more.
